Hi, I'm Constantinos Antzakas (he/him).

I work at the intersection of technical sales and advisory services enabling technology teams to be productive, stay focused, innovate and succeed.

I also write about data technologies and curate a weekly newsletter with interesting content I read online myself.

I am a former national 🇬🇷 swimming champion, an aspiring Olympic Weightlifter (96kg), and I advocate for LGBTQ+ visibility in the tech/software industry.

I've been privileged in my life and professional journey to have worked with awesome people and teams who make an impact on the world and other's life.

Currently, I am a Data Solutions Specialist at VMware, focusing on global VMware Tanzu Data field team enablement.

In the past, I've held pre sales and solution architecture roles at Pivotal Software (acquired by VMware in 2019) and NCR Corp.

I've led the on-site IT operations team for the 4 aquatic sports (swimming, water polo, diving, synchronised swimming) at Athens 2004 Olympic & Paralympic Games and also data, business intelligence & analytics services teams at Unilever and NCR Corp.

These same qualities that proved necessary in my sports career for me to persevere through setbacks and rise to new heights now serve me in the home, the workplace, and everywhere else: commitment, hard work, self-reflection and ownership.

I very much enjoy helping others, share my experience and exchange ideas. Need advice on your team enablement, data practice or career development challenges?  Here's how I can help. Schedule some time, send a message on LinkedIn or Twitter or use this AMA.
